RTPS Bihar की कोई Official dedicated Mobile App नहीं है। सभी Services serviceonline.bihar.gov.in website से ही होती हैं जो Mobile Browser (Chrome/Firefox) पर भी अच्छी तरह काम करती है। कुछ Citizens DigiLocker App से पहले से issued certificates देख सकते हैं। CSC/Jan Seva Kendra App भी उपलब्ध है लेकिन वो operators के लिए है, नागरिकों के लिए नहीं।
Mobile पर RTPS Use करने के Tips:
- Chrome Browser (Latest version) use करें — Safari/UC Browser में कभी-कभी issues आते हैं
- Photo Upload के लिए पहले हमारे RTPS Photo Compressor से फोटो 250KB से कम करें
- Form fill करते समय Auto-fill या Third Party Keyboard से बचें — manually type करें
- Submit करने से पहले Screenshot लें या Acknowledgement PDF download करें
- Peak hours (सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 6 बजे) में server slow हो सकता है — सुबह 6-8 बजे try करें
⚠️ RTPS Bihar पर सबसे आम गलतियाँ — और उनसे बचने के तरीके
- गलत Level का चुनाव: बहुत से लोग जल्दबाजी में गलत Level (Block/SDO/DM) चुन लेते हैं। UPSC के लिए Sub-Division या District Level चाहिए — Block Level काम नहीं करता। पहले यह check करें कि आपको किस Level का Certificate चाहिए।
- Photo 300KB से ज्यादा: यह सबसे common error है। Mobile Camera की फोटो direct upload नहीं होती। हमारे Free Tool से compress करें।
- Aadhaar का Mobile Number linked नहीं: अगर Aadhaar में पुराना Mobile Number है जो अब बंद है, तो OTP नहीं आएगा। पहले Aadhaar Seva Kendra से Mobile Update कराएं।
- Hindi Name गलत Convert होना: Form में English में नाम type करने पर Portal Hindi में convert करता है — यह conversion हमेशा सही नहीं होती। Carefully check करें।
- Certificate Download — 24 घंटे नहीं रुकना: Status "Delivered" होने के तुरंत बाद Download करने पर Blank PDF आती है। 24 घंटे रुकें फिर Download करें।
- NCL State vs Central का Confusion: केंद्र सरकार की नौकरी/Admission के लिए Central NCL चाहिए, राज्य के लिए State NCL। गलत NCL Apply करने पर Application Reject होती है।
- Income Certificate Validity: Income Certificate सिर्फ 1 साल valid होता है। पुराना Certificate use करने पर Application Reject होगी।
🔍 RTPS Bihar Application Status कैसे Check करें — हिंदी में
- serviceonline.bihar.gov.in पर जाएं — Browser में यह URL type करें।
- Homepage के Right Side पर "नागरिक अनुभाग" Box ढूंढें।
- तीसरे Link पर Click करें — "आवेदन की स्थिति देखें"।
- Application Reference Number डालें — जैसे BRCC/2026/XXXXX (यह Acknowledgement Slip पर लिखा होता है)।
- Date Select करें और Submit करें — आपके Application की Status दिखेगी।
Status का मतलब:
- 🟡 Application Submitted / आवेदन प्राप्त: आपका Form जमा हो गया है, Processing बाकी है।
- 🔵 Under Process / प्रक्रियाधीन: Block/SDO/DM Office में Verify हो रहा है।
- 🟢 Approved / Executed / Delivered: Certificate जारी हो गया — अब Download करें (24 घंटे बाद)।
- 🔴 Rejected / अस्वीकृत: किसी कारण Reject हुआ — Rejection Reason देखें और दोबारा Apply करें।
⬇️ RTPS Bihar Certificate Download कैसे करें — हिंदी में
- serviceonline.bihar.gov.in खोलें।
- Right Side के "नागरिक अनुभाग" में चौथे Link पर Click करें — "सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करें"।
- Service Type में RTPS Select करें।
- Application Reference Number डालें और English Capital Letters में अपना नाम डालें।
- "Download Certificate" Button दबाएं — PDF Download होगी।
🏢 RTPS Counter / Jan Seva Kendra से Certificate कैसे बनवाएं
अगर आपके पास Smartphone या Internet नहीं है, तो आप अपने नजदीकी Jan Seva Kendra (जन सेवा केंद्र) या CSC Centre से Certificate बनवा सकते हैं। यह हर Gram Panchayat में उपलब्ध है।
- क्या लेकर जाएं: Aadhaar Card (Original) + Passport Size Photo + जरूरी Documents
- Operator क्या करेगा: Form भरेगा, Webcam से Photo लेगा, Documents Scan करेगा और Submit करेगा।
- Acknowledgement Slip मिलेगी — इसे संभाल कर रखें।
- Service Charge: ₹30 से ₹100 (Jan Seva Kendra की fees अलग-अलग हो सकती है)
- Certificate Delivery: SMS Link से, Email से, या CSC Centre से collect कर सकते हैं।
🌐 RTPS Bihar MeriPehchaan Login — नया System 2026
2024-25 से RTPS Bihar Portal को MeriPehchaan (National Single Sign-On – NSSSO) System से Integrate किया गया है। यह एक National Level का Login System है जिससे आप एक ही Username/Password से देश के सभी e-Government Portals Access कर सकते हैं।
पहली बार Registration कैसे करें:
- serviceonline.bihar.gov.in पर जाएं → "Login" Click करें
- "Sign Up for MeriPehchaan" Button पर Click करें
- अपना नाम, Mobile Number, Email ID और Password डालें
- OTP से Verify करें
- Login हो जाएंगे — अब RTPS Services Apply कर सकते हैं
Password भूल गए? Login Page पर "Forgot Password" → Mobile Number डालें → OTP आएगा (Sender: "AD-GENPRC") → New Password बनाएं। Password में कम से कम एक Capital Letter, एक Number और एक Special Character (जैसे Bihar@2026) होना चाहिए।
📞 RTPS Bihar Helpline & Complaint — कहाँ संपर्क करें
- Official Portal: serviceonline.bihar.gov.in
- Complaint (Appeal) File करें: अगर Certificate तय समय में नहीं बना, तो RTPS Portal पर ही First Appellate Authority (SDO) को Complaint करें। यह आपका कानूनी अधिकार है — Bihar Right to Public Service Act 2011 के तहत।
- Block Office: अपने Block/Anchal Office जाएं और Circle Officer से मिलें।
- DM Office: गंभीर समस्या होने पर District Magistrate Office जा सकते हैं।
- RTI (Right to Information): अगर काफी समय से Certificate नहीं बन रहा और कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा, तो RTI File करें।
