This Universal Police Resizer is built to handle them all. We have included generic defaults (3.5cm x 4.5cm) which work for 80% of exams, but the core strength of this tool is the Custom Settings panel. You can easily modify the Width, Height, and Max File Size to match the specific notification of UP Police, Bihar Police, Rajasthan Police, or Delhi Police.

Go to the "Add Name & Date" tab at the top of this tool. Enter the date you took the photo in the "Date of Photo" field. It will automatically be printed at the bottom of your image.
The UP Police recruitment board typically asks for a photo size between 20 KB and 50 KB, with dimensions around 35mm x 45mm. You can use the default settings of this tool or adjust the custom size to 50KB.
Almost all police recruitment boards (UP, Delhi, Bihar, etc.) strictly require a plain white or light grey background. Do not use selfies or photos with outdoor backgrounds.
Yes. Select the "Signature" option. Bihar Police usually requires signatures (both Hindi and English) to be under 25 KB. You can set the "Max Size" to 25 KB in the Custom Settings to ensure compliance.
This tool has an auto-padding feature. If you set a minimum size (like 20 KB) and your uploaded file is smaller, the tool will intelligently add invisible data to bring the file size up to the required limit without losing quality.
